Check each rat's weight, time, blood sugar, exhaustion, skeletal glycogen SOD, GSH - PX, CAT, MDA, SDH, ATPase and LDH and plasma La index of different change.Results:(1)during the experiment, each rat's weight change no significant difference in rats, the experimental effect is not obvious changes in weight.(2)alternate hypoxic training can obviously improve the rat endurance.(3)alternate hypoxic training can effectively increase in rats, improve exercise ability. This experimental rats blood sugar concentration had little effect.(4)alternate hypoxic training can effectively improve rats and the activity of SOD skeletal CAT, reduce the MDA content.(5)alternate hypoxic training in rats in plasma La metabolism can effectively improve the body's metabolism of aerobic capacity.(6)alternate hypoxic training can effectively improve the rat skeletal SDH, Ca2+-ATP, Mg2+-ATP, of the enzyme activity.(7)Fixed altitude 2500m hypoxic training can effectively increase the rat skeletal GSH - PX and LDH and making Na+-K+-ATP activity. Conclusion:After 4 weeks simulation gradient hypoxic training at an altitude of alternate recovery after 4 days of training plain groups, experimental study were observed in rats, can see the index 4000m group may be due to low oxygen in rats, the stimulation relative training effect is not obvious. Simulation 2500m 4000m alternate hypoxic training relatively appropriate height and load, make oxygen transport capacity and antioxidant capacity and the ability to clear the conversion of mitochondria, strengthen the synthesis, oxidative phosphorylation enhance ability, thus improving the rats sports ability was improved.
