Objective: through monitoring our country outstanding walking race athlete in thechange of physiological and biochemical indexes during altitude training, to fullyunderstand the good race-walkers under the condition of the plateau low oxygen exposure,physiological and biochemical characteristics of the body must be trained under loadchanges.Altitude training of the existing theory at home and abroad for reference, and thestudy of physiological and biochemical indicators monitoring can summarize and analyzeour country athletes during altitude training change characteristics of physiological andbiochemical indexes, helps coaches according to the change on the training plan to adjustin a timely manner, to prevent the athletes overtraining or injury during altitude training,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the training and scientific.Methods: this study selected national youth team players all three of the men and women,walking to the change of the physiological and biochemical characteristics of athletesduring altitude training monitoring, combining the characteristics of the endurance projectand the change of physiological and biochemical index of characteristics of selectedathletes body function can be direct or indirect reaction condition of physiological andbiochemical indexes.And select suitable test methods for athletes in the highlands ofmonitoring and evaluation on the physiological and biochemical indexes during thetraining period.Results: through the training on the plateau during monitoring, physiological andbiochemical indexes of the walker can be found under the different training load, theathletes’ physiological and biochemical indicators of change can be direct or indirectreaction athletes body function condition, the coaches training plan, and prevent excessivetraining athletes and injury has a positive role.Conclusion: in the process of altitude training monitoring, through three times before andafter anaerobic threshold for athletes to test found that with the acceleration developmentof athletes training, the athletes’ anaerobic threshold velocity gradually increase therunning speed under the same at the same time, gradually reduce the heart ratelevel;Found in the daily monitoring for the athletes, by using the heart rate, blood urea since morning and creatine kinase reasonable indicators to monitor athletes body functionchanges prevent overtraining situation;Athletes during altitude training on serumtestosterone levels just when a drop in a certain range of the plateau, as athletes can occurto the body of the plateau environment of slow rebound, individual athletes also willappear the phenomenon of above the level of the plains, help coaches to train.
