Job bumout are common in the service industry. Teaehers are high vulnerability group for job burnout, so many researchers begain to study this phenomenon. Recently, studies on the teachers'job burnout were obtained a variety of discoveries in its definition, structure and measurement, but.the results did not coincide. In this study, it aims to gather basic situations of college teachers'job burnout, perfectionism and coping styles and discuss the relationship among the three. This study firstly explores the mediation of coping style in the relation between perfectionism and job burnout. The results are very important to prevent and reduce job burnout of college teachers. The Chinese Revised Version of APS-R(APS-R-CR),the Chinese Revised Version of MBI-GS and Coping Style Questionnaire of Xiao Jihua were used to survey the state of 213 college teachers and the data were analysised by SPSS12.0 andLisrel8.70. The results show that:1. College teachers does not exist job Burnout phenomenon overall, but teachers who begain to take the job and will retire are apt to burnout.2. Most college teachers were the adaptive perfectionist.3. College teachers tend to use mature coping style.4. Maladaptive perfectionism, coping styles and job burnout of college teachers were significantly related to each other.Maladaptive perfectionism teachers are more prone to job burnout; teachers who are tend to use immature coping styles are more prone to job burnout.5. Coping Style is partly mediated the relation between perfectionism and job burnout.
