The Analysis Of Harmonious Personality Absence In University Student Community And Voluntary Development

A harmony society should feature democracy, the rule of law, justice, sincerity, amity, vitality, stability and order, as well as human and nature in harmony. A harmony society requires harmonious individual which compound harmonious personality. Without individual's harmony, there is no such between humans, human and society, human and nature. Individual's harmony includes the balanced development of knowledge, emotion and intention. Human's harmony first includes a balanced, harmonious feeling. A harmony feeling will bring a comprehensive personality. Internal harmony is the soul of a harmonious character. The harmonious personality development is the foundation for building a harmonious society.Of building a socialist harmonious society requires the active participation of current college students. The harmonious development of college students is key issue of building a socialist harmonious society. College students are the special groups whom are thoughtful, knowledgeable and shoulder the historic mission; they have a very important role in promoting a harmonious society. However, today's college students, due to various reasons, appear lack of harmonious personality, and in further impede the harmonious development of their personalities. Schools, society and the family must be actively thinking on how to build a solid foundation of a harmonious society by training overall developed talent students. Therefore, the college students'harmonious development has now turned into the strategy and value orientation of China's higher education reform and development. Training and building college students'harmonious personality has become not only institute's prime objective but also urgent priority.How to build a socialist harmonious society is our party's primary target. In this paper, based on the view of building socialist harmonious society and analysis of harmonious personality, a variety of research methods were used to explore, in depth, the reasons of students'harmonious personality absence. In the mean time this paper also finds the significance of building students'harmonious personality, and finally provides the solution of related issue in an exploratory manner.Building a harmonious society requires the joint efforts of the whole society, in which college students to take the responsibility of the nation's great revival; students should have not only profound knowledge, mental and physical well being, but more importantly have a harmonious personality.
