Study On Educational Fairness In The Process Of Building The Harmonious Society

Educational fairness is an interesting topic at the process of the human societydevelopment. It is the infinite ideal vision and eternal pursuit of human beings'survival and development; it is necessary requirement for the harmoniousdevelopment of society; it is an important symbol of civilization and progress ofhuman society. Although different people have their different understandings, they areall the explanation and answer around "human" and "human survival anddevelopment". The essential content of education fair is "people first", to realize allhuman freedom and overall development.There are many discordant voices under the condition to build a harmonioussociety. Education inequality is an urgent problem need to be solved. In this context,this article first propose the meaning of educational equity through the exploration ofideology and theory of educational justice, then logically according to question,analyze and solve problems, build the framework of the article and try to use politics,philosophy, law, economics and other disciplines of theoretical knowledge; literatureresearch methods; theory and practice of the method; qualitative and quantitativecombining and integrating research methods to describe educational equality in aharmonious society from multiple perspective. Facing reality in the harmonioussociety, first of all, propose the inequality issues for rural and urban, regional,inter-school, class, gender, and the article mainly analyzes from economic,institutional, policy and culture aspects. Looking back the history, we make aconclusion for the rational pursuit of education equity of the human being andpractical exploration result in the long time historical development of the humanbeing. It shows that education equity is the persevere pursuit of the human. Then itdiscusses the education equity is the inevitable requirement of the harmoniousdevelopment of the society and describes the education equity stands for the directionof the society's harmonious development and the consistency of building theharmonious society. Finally, after the analysis and research of the above questions, itproposes the principle requirement and detailed countermeasure to realize educationequity under the condition of building the harmonious society. It also shows the fourcorrespondence principle: mutual sharing, reform and innovation, take people first,and fair and reasonable. This essay also has a high point and innovation that it is from three aspects to explain that taking people first is the confirmed core of theeducational idea. In the specific measures, according to Marxist theory, it is putforward economic development based on backward regions and form"four to one",and try the appellation of"four coach"among government, schools, families, societyfor educational justice which is the innovation of this article and build a goodplatform for educational justice.
