The Research Of Effectiveness On College Students Network Ideological And Political Education

With the further development of reform and opening up, the economic system, social structure and benefit pattern have changed a lot, and the change of people's ideas are increasingly prominent. Along with the network popularization and development, world multicultural mutual reaction, which makes students' ideas have increasingly multi-layered tendency. College students' ideological and political quality, network information literacy and the approval of college students to network ideological and political education is not strong, which required us to strengthen students' network ideological and political education's effectiveness. College students' network ideological and political education as the important constituent of traditional ideological and political education, Its primary purpose is to improve university students' ideological and political quality, network information literacy competency and the approval of college students to network ideological and political education with the help of Internet. The good effectiveness of college students' network ideological and political education is the precondition and important guarantee to realize the ultimate purpose of college students' network ideological and political education.Using the marxist theories, ideological and political education theory and the theory related information technology as theoretical support, this paper sets a series of effectiveness evaluation indexes to measure effectiveness of college students' network ideological and political education. In order to make the study of college students' network ideological and political education much more specific,a questionnaire survey is done to undergraduates of the six universities in Gansu province. I analyze the reason for lacking practicability of college students' network ideological and political education in five aspects such as the content of college students'network ideological and political education, the network information literacy and education function of offline ideological and political education, the construction of the ideological and political education website, and the educators of network ideological and political education. We can propose the specific principles, methods and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of college students'network ideological and political education .I suppose we can enhance the effectiveness of the college students'network ideological and political education in five aspects: the content innovation of college students'network ideological and political education, enhancement the network information literacy, strengthening off-line management and service for college students and building education team of network ideological and political education.The study of college students'network ideological and political education's effectiveness not only deals with the challenge of network to the traditional ideological and political education, strengthens effectiveness of the university students'ideological and political education, but also promotes college students to get self development harmoniously.
