First of all,through combing and analyzing the existing research results,after clarifying the connotation and main types of the ideological and political education network carrier,this article believes that the network carrier is characterized by its unique high-quantity and openness of carrying information,and the speed and speed of network dissemination.The characteristics of timeliness,compatibility and interaction of communication channels have unparalleled advantages in college students’ ideological and political education,which can effectively broaden the scope of dissemination of college students’ ideological and political education information,improve the efficiency of dissemination of college students’ ideological and political education content,and promote In the process of ideological and political education of college students,the exchange and interaction of the subject and object of education will comprehensively enhance the affinity,pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political work.Secondly,this article believes that the evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of the network carrier of ideological and political education for college students should adhere to the correct direction and promote people-oriented,adhere to the principles of unifying the scientificity and integrity of evaluation,and adhere to the principles of combining qualitative and quantitative evaluations.On this basis,the following three evaluation criteria are proposed:whether it is conducive to the dissemination and identification of ideological and political education content,whether it is conducive to the criticism and analysis of wrong social thoughts,and whether it is conducive to the prevention and resolution of online public opinion risks.Finally,the questionnaire survey shows that,at present,there are some problems in the application of the network carrier of ideological and political education for college students,such as some educators are not skilled enough in using the network carrier,some college students do not have strong subjectivity in using the network carrier,the design of some contents of the network carrier is not scientific enough,and the network carrier itself has some problems in stability and security,etc.,this paper analyzes the causes of the above problems from the following aspects: the importance that educators attach to the educational function of the network carrier,the depth of understanding of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of college students,the level of media literacy of educators and college students and the soundness of the supervision system of the network carrier,and try to put forward the following optimization countermeasures: first,from the basic theoretical knowledge,practical operation exercise and network operation norms to improve ideological and political workers,especially educators network literacy,grasp the initiative of the use of network carrier;second,strengthen the propaganda to the campus network carrier,bring into play the leading role of the educators,at the same time,the university students themselves should take the initiative to contact,adapt to and skillfully use the network carrier to solve the problems encountered in study,life and interpersonal communication,third,organize professional team,innovate network carrier content creation,optimize network carrier content design,so as to enhance the appeal and appeal of network carrier content;fourth,improve the rules and regulations of the use of network carriers,improve the management of relevant departments and personnel,while mobilizing college students to participate in the supervision of network carriers,to achieve self-management,so as to improve the overall use of network carriers supervision system.
