Preschoolers'social skills refer to the"Expression, posture, language and action that preschoolers can acquire and use properly in order to communicating well with adults and their peers". Social skills development play a very important role in preschoolers'social development, social interaction and adapting children to social life is a kind of important ability. The level of social skill determines the personal social adaptation condition, and influence personal health level directly. The study selected 578 children in Hui Han and Tibetan as the research object, the study adopts questionnaire analysis method, proposes of the study are to explore the characteristics of the age of 3-6 year old preschooler's social skills in Hui Han and Tibetan , explore the development trends and age characteristics. According to the results of this study analysis of the causes, and finally put forward to promoting children's social skills development and give some suggestions. Research found that,1,Children's social skills developed as the growth of the age in Hui Han and Tibetan, after 4 yeas old, the social skills develop rapidly . Among them, initiative skill grow faster better than self-control and cooperation skills.2,There are some differences exist in Hui han and Tibetan. Han and Tibetan children have better social skills than Hui, but no difference in Han and Tibetan. In initiative and self-control, cooperation, communication skills , Han and Tibetan children develop better than Hui; In cooperation skill, Tibetan have highest score; In self-control and communication skills, Han have highest score; but in cognitive skill Hui have the highest score .3,There are no significant difference between boys and girls, but girls'scoring average higher than boys. Only differences in communication skills, other skills have no difference.4,Children with parents cultural degree of social skills development were positively correlated. But the development of preschool social skills with the family income no significant differences between family income and children's social skill.Children's social skills development is closely related with the age, but also effected by ethnic and cultural backgrounds .
