Secondary school is the important period of individual who are experiencing the great physical and mental change,Character shaping and personality formation,is also the most critical stage of life.Especially for teenagers who living in different ethnic communities,the level of the interpersonal skill directly determines the level of mental health,and even affect the development of life path in the future.The article is intended to help teenagers who have difficulty in the aspect of interpersonal communication improve the interpersonal skills,establish healthy and positive social relationships with other national teenagers and blend well into the society by the professional methods and skills of social work.it is also conducive to national unity.The article focuses on the first grade of students in Tibetan Xia He middle school,The main way is to send “the questionnaire about Middle school students' interpersonal communication ability”to 155 students,eliminate invalid questionnaires and take bake 141 effective questionnaires in the end.In addition,the Interview with teachers and students,make the data integrity is ensured.Based on the data,the researcher analysis the status and factors of Tibetan adolescents' interpersonal communication and design a group activity that named “smile kelsang flowers ”with the theme that understand yourself and others correctly enhance confidence,communication,trust and resolve conflict.Researcher found that team members' interpersonal skills improved after the summary and evaluation about group activities.It also proves that the professional methods and skills of social work play a positive role in improving Tibetan adolescents' interpersonal skills.Finally,the researcher summarizes and rethinks the shortcomings of the work.
