The computer assisted middle school physics instruction is a teaching activity which applies computer, a modem high science and technology equipment, to the middle school physics instruction. In comparison with the traditional instruction middle school physics CAl haves very great superiority to stimulate student's enthusiasm and creativity for learning and increase classroom instruction efficiency. CAl gives traditional instruction idea and method a vast lash. So it is considered an effective way to promote middle school physics instruction reform and to practice the Accomplishment education in the twenty-first century. Firstly the paper expounds the instruction characteristics and basic model of CAl. Secondly details theoretical basis of CAl from psychology pedagogy and science on system and transmission. And then makes an approach to CAl design. The writer details the basic theory principle and flow of CAl. On this basis discusses instruction characteristics basic model and present applied situation. The writer practices and explores how CAl is applied to the middle school physics classroom instruction at present, gives a future development trend of middle school physics CAl.
