This article aims to carry out a systematic research on computer-aid middle -school mathematics education, In order to summarize experience and find out problems, as well as the author's opinions to solve them.Although the research hasn't been carried out long in China, we gained a lot. The two main guiding theory for the research on computer-aid teaching are" the theory of second culture" and "the theory of tools", with the latter as the dominant.According to the characteristics of available mathematics education software, the author catalogues them into four main types: explaining style, exercise bank style, lecture-aid style and others. Software of explaining style have a comparative longer history, people try to substitute them for part of teachers' lecture; Software of exercise bank style have an obvious effect in helping students' exam; Lecture-aid style software are the most widely used and own the most quantity. Among them, the Geometry Sketchpad brings totally new idea and methods to mathematical education in middle school and thus become the key research title. Other software related to middle school mathematical education are: model style, game style, question-answer style, testing style, and tool style.Computer brings great changes in the following aspects in middle school mathematical education: renovated teaching organization methods, profound content demonstration methods, better lecture structure, more emphasis on judging the course of lessons. Using computers in middle school maths teaching can bring a remarkable effect in teaching .The success of the Geometry Sketchpad lies at its maths experimental environment for the students. The breaking point of computer-aid mathematical education in middle school should be -.Increasing demonstration methods, enlarging contents, offering feedback. Meanwhile we should pay attention to such problems as: Computer-aid method should combine with maths teaching; Education software should not replace students' consideration; the reasonable time of using computer; the course of studying should be the students' active learning course; the teacher ought to be the organizer and divisor instead of the operator during the lesson.In the future, computer technology will allow people to communicate with it in a work natural way. Computer aid education will affect the content mathematical education in middle school. Math education will place more emphasis oncultivating students' maths consideration mode other than calculating skill; placing more emphasis on solving realistic problem. The idea of Constructionist will place a great effect on middle school mathematical education as well as computer-aid mathematical education in a long length.Under the guidance of Constructionist, mathematical education software are facing great reformation. The devise of software should center the students, saving no effort to construct study circumstance .lay emphasis on the effect of group study and students should control the course of study.
