Information technologies have far-reaching influence on mathematical education reform. Each country in the world has paid great attention to the educational value of information technologies. Today, the integrationg of information technologies and mathematics curriculum has already been a research hotspot in mathematical education field. Great deals of application researches demonstrate that the key of the integration is better mathematical education software (for short, MES ).People have been largely interested in the problem"what effects may come into being when MES is integrated into the mathematical leraning and teaching process?"In order to address the problem, we need both study it theoretically and do a plenty of experiments on MES applications.This thesis studies the efficiency of MES integration into the mathematical learning and teaching by enumerating a lot of wonderful typical cases of using MES. The study results demonstrate: 1) If MES can inspire learning motivation, change learning methods, improve learning efficiency and increase cognitive power in the mathematical learning process, then students may improve their grade by using MES in their learning. 2) If MES can show mathematics knowledge, create teaching context, simulate mathematical experiments and solve mathematical problems in the mathematical teaching process, then teacher may improve the quality of their teaching. To be brief, if MES can satisfy users'demand really and truly, then users may achieve their purpose of using MES in their work.Moreover,this thesis has also analyzed factors that significantly affect students and teachers using MES in detail. The analysis results found that technology proficiency, income of using and householder's idea are three main factors that affect students using MES in the mathematical learning, and technology proficiency, income of using and pedagogical beliefs are three main factors that affect teachers using MES in the mathematical teaching.
