Making innovations is the soul of a nation and the inexhaustible motive force of the prosperity of a country. We can get excellent and talented youths to show their ability and make them become pillars of the country only by way of pressing education of making innovations from elementary education.The author regards as graduate thesis. It is aimed at finding out the effective methods of training students to make innovations, and what's more, offering advice on middle school mathematic teaching reform by the means of qualitative studying method.The thesis falls into four parts. In the first part, the author, sets forth the comprehension of making innovations consciousness and the significance of training it. The author expounds the serious problems in training the consciousness of making innovations in current mathematical teaching in Middle School in the second part. In the third part the author illustrates basic strategies for training students consciousness to make innovations in middle school mathematics teaching. Nine strategies are induced. They are creating the situation; solving one problem with more solutions; leading to variation; calling in doubts; applying computers; developing imagination; strengthening applied teaching; paying attention to group discussion; proposing the best among differences. In the last part the author gives an illustration of teaching models of training students consciousness to make innovations in middle school mathematics teaching. (That is: creating situations -?instructing to explore -> extending meaning-> inducing and recalling). In the last two parts, the author studies how to train students consciousness to make innovations using real examples on the basis of years of teaching practice. It's the heart of the thesis.
