With the development of society, and the progress of the times, the demand of learning talent isgrowing, which requires the school training students not only master the basic knowledge and skills, moreimportant is the students to really have a good self-learning ability, become the autonomy of lifelonglearners,students can continue to explore, self-control in learning, learn to think independently, selfreflection, to find problems, analyze problems until the problem is resolved in the process of independentlearning. Teachers should cultivate students’ reflective consciousness, so that students can consciouslyreflect on their learning, improve students’ innovative spirit and creativity, this is the effective learning;guide students to learn how to learn, to learn, to form the noble personality, and put forward the higherexpectation of self learning, give more investment and efforts, the continuous improvement anddevelopment,become a real lifelong learners.Modern society, the state and national competition is in factthe competition of talented people. Basic education plays a vital role in the cultiation of talents, andMathematics education is one the most important part in basic education. At the beginning of thetwenty-first Century, most countries and regions in the world carried out mathematics curriculum reform.China promulgated Curriculum Standards for Mathematics in the Full-Time Compulsory Education(Experimental Version) in2001, and began to experiment in some part of the country. The new curriculumstandard with the former teaching syllabus differs a lot,and the efforts and effects of this curriculum reformare large.Reflective consciousness is the only way which must be passed on the development of ability training.The innovation of this article: first, from the theory, according to the characteristics of contemporary highschool students learn mathematics, puts forward the feasible scheme to cultivate reflective consciousness,to practice and in actual teaching. Method second, students’ mathematics reflective consciousness in thisculture, can be applied to other subject teaching. Third, in the course of this study, found that the initiative,the enthusiasm of the students still has a large space to be excavated, plan implementation still needsfurther improvement, this paper studies the deepening development in teaching practice.
