Research On Strategy Of Elites Development In Dalian Port

Dalian port has a history of 100 years. It is an important waterborne transportation hub of China and a main port for international trade transportation. It plays an important role in national economy construction and development of our country. With the development of socialism market economy and the opportunity and challenge from joining the WTO, Dalian port has put forward development planning in 1997, and it discloses strategy and measure before 2010 to adapt to the need of enterprise development. But there is not a suitable planning of elite development.Based on the development planning of Dalian port, this thesis looked into the current situation of elite resources in Dalian port and analyzed the elite structure and arrangement in details. Then used the quantitative method to forecast the supply and demand for the elite resources of Dalian port, furthermore, this thesis proposed the elite resources development planning and strategy for Dalian port, hi the final part, the essay put forward some according implement method to make sure that the strategy and planning can be put into practice effectively.
