Student Cadres Elite To Educational Management Elite Development Path Research

China's colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating socialist builders and successors,and the university student cadre groups are the advanced elements of these important bases.They are not only important participants in the school education management work,but also the connection and bridges during teachers and students' communication and information sharing.Their overall quality and ability will not only affect personnel training in colleges and universities,but also affecting the development and needs of society as a whole,who can also inject new vitality and impetus for the society.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen their cultivation and training.In school,they are the backbone of school education.In society,they gradually become the elite of education management,and play more and more important role in the development of basic education in our country.Primary and secondary education is an important part of basic education which deserves the educational management's high attention.As educators and managers of primary and secondary school principals,they are leading the development of quality education in the vanguard of basic education.They are of great practical significance in terms of promoting the sustainable development of schools,enhancing the management efficiency of schools and building the management brand of the schools.For the research of educational managers' growth,the researchers provide description,introduction,analysis and exploration for the primary and secondary school principals at various levels.All these researches provide suggestions and standards for the development of growth of primary and secondary school principals.Based on the predecessors' research,this paper explores the relationship between the student cadre elite and the educational management elite in higher education,and explores how the elite of the student cadre of university can change and promote to the elite of educational administration step by step and explore whether the experience of university student cadre career development has an important role.In this paper,the writer made an in-depth interview for those primary and secondary school principals in various districts of Shanghai on their growth and development experiences.Through their personal experience,they summed up the influencing factors of this group's qualitative change and explored their qualitative change path.The aims are on one hand providing some experience for selection of Primary school teachers and principals and on the other hand providing guiding line for the cultivation of high school student cadres.Combine the high school talents output with those primary and secondary school needs to promote the double way development of high education and basic education.
