ObjectiveOver the past several years, there was more and more study of sub-healthy status in China. But more of these study only discussed on theory and the incidence rate of sub-healthy status. There was few study of sub-healthy status of occupational population. And there was more few study of sub-healthy status of teacher. On investigation, in different occupational population, the more high incidence rate of sub-healthy status was the controller of airplane, the teacher, the manager of corporation, the driver and the policeman. Chen Guo yuan et al, the teacher of occupational health of Tong Ji Medicine University, have studied sub-healthy status of middle-aged teacher, their incidence rate of sub-healthy status was 63.62%, and studied the relation of job, age and sex to sub-healthy status, but they didn't continue to study behavior and life way, social factors. This study is to discuss the incidence rate of sub-healthy status of teacher, and the relevant factors of sub-healthy status, to offer evidence for preventing sub-healthy status.MethodsUsed stratified sampling and cluster sampling, sampled 400 teacher of middle and primal school from Lin Hai. The questionnaires was same, surveyors have trained strict. Used Cornell Medical Index to diagnose sub-healthy status. The standard of sub-healthy status: man, CMI score over 35; woman, CMI score over 40, and no disease. Health status's CMI score low this. Doctor diagnoses disease status. The definition of smoking: every day smoke 1 or more and continued 1 year or more. The definition of alcoholism: every day drink alcohol 20g or more and continued three months.Used SPSS10.0 to statistics. The analyses methods: X2-test, t-test, correlation analyses et al.ResultsThe incidence rate of sub-healthy status of teacher was 55.11%. Woman was 62.61%, it was higher than man (42.96%)(P<0.05). There have significant difference between different age, antecedents, grade, lessons in a week, P<0.05; Smoking, alcoholism and shortfall exercise will raise the incidence rate of sub-healthy status, P<0.05. The depressed, anxiety, sensitive and intensity score was higher in sub-healthy status group than healthy status group, P<0.05. There have no significant difference between different subjectand different job.ConclusionSub-healthy status of teacher was associated with sex, age, antecedents, lessons in a week, behavior and life way, and mental factors. Woman was more ease to sub-healthy status compared man. The older and the more work, the more people to sub-healthy status. Smoking, alcoholism and shortfall exercise will raise the incidence rate of sub-healthy status. Sub-healthy status was associated with depressed, anxiety, sensitive and intensity. So we'll study sub-healthy status more and to preventing sub-healthy status.
