"Deaf English" and "Exam English" are the problems that have puzzled us in English teaching of middle school in China all the time. It is needed in teaching reform at present to research on the goal, approach and way in English teaching of middle school, and it is a basic way to carry forward quality-oriented education in middle school teaching. According to the new teaching book (SEFC), I mean to rebuild the series of English quality-oriented education goal and especially to demonstrate the approach and the way, in order to make quality-oriented education step into class teaching.This paper is divided into three parts. The first, basing on concept of quality-oriented education in English teaching of middle school, I especially demonstrate the series of English quality-oriented education goal. The second, I demonstrate the important approaches of realizing English quality-oriented education in middle school, I point out that in order to realize quality-oriented education we must change our minds, improve teachers' qualities, precede class teaching, and start evaluation reform. The third, I put clearly forward the actual way of realizing English quality-oriented education, such as suiting measures to students' condition, scene teaching, extensive reading, English acting, loud reading, concentrating and recycling. I emphasize that we should stick to scene teaching as the main clue in middle school English teaching and we should give students more chance to speak and make students practice their spoken English, so we can reach the goal to improve their English synthetic qualities.
