| The important role of education in social development is self-evident."A hundred years of planning,education-oriented" clarifies the special strategic position of education in the overall development of China.Over the years,China has always adhered to the principle of giving priority to education.In the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was clearly stated that it is necessary to vigorously develop quality education at the basic stage and cultivate excellent socialist builders and successors in the development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.In the past few years,the Ministry of Education has also continuously improved the physical quality education for students.In 2012,it revised the "Full-time Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2012 Edition)" to continuously improve the teaching objectives of physical education in middle schools.In the physical education of township middle schools,due to the limited space and equipment,the lack of teachers,the old teaching methods and other unfavorable factors,the teaching effect of physical education in township middle schools is not very satisfactory.This is particularly the case in township middle schools in poor counties.Among the above unfavorable factors,the main factor is that the teaching methods used by teachers are relatively backward and cannot meet the requirements of existing physical education.If teachers master the improved scientific and reasonable teaching methods,the physical education effect of township middle schools will be improved.The author uses the goal-oriented teaching method to conduct a one-semester teaching experiment in the Liancun Township Middle School in Ye County,a provincial poverty-stricken county.The literature data collection method is used to summarize and summarize the overall thinking of this paper.The questionnaire survey method and the teaching experiment method were used to conduct research and obtain relevant information.The results of the survey were analyzed by mathematical statistics and logic analysis,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Applying the goal-oriented teaching method to the physical education and health curriculum in township middle schools is more likely to stimulate students' learning initiative.2.Applying goal-oriented teaching methods in the sports and health classes in township middle schools is more conducive to students' use and mastery of technology.3.Applying goal-oriented teaching methods in the sports and health classes in township middle schools can stimulate students' interest in participating in physical education classes and train students to develop good physical exercise habits.4.Applying goal-oriented teaching methods in the sports and health classes in township middle schools can improve the quality of teachers.According to the research,the following suggestions are proposed.1.Under the premise of grasping the basic situation of students and thoroughly absorbing the teaching materials,teachers can flexibly use a variety of scientific teaching methods and means to improve the quality of teaching.2.Teachers should adopt scientific methods and means to optimize the teaching objectives so that the teaching objectives can be perfect.3.In the process of township physical education,cultivating students' self-discovery problems can improve students' self-confidence and improve students' self-solving problems can cultivate students' sense of accomplishment.4.To learn from the shortcomings and improve the goal-oriented teaching method,to make it more suitable for physical education in township middle schools,to maximize the physical fitness of students under limited teaching conditions,to lay a good foundation for the study of students' sports skills,and to improve the physical education classroom in middle schools.The teaching effect lays a good foundation for the future development of the students. |
