Educational ethic evaluation is a kind of activity that people apply proper educational objective moral standards to judge the individual or group's moral acts and qualitative merits in the education activities. The principle part of evaluation is open uncertain individuals and groups. The object of evaluation is moral acts and quality associated certain system which appear in educational activities. The purpose and main body of educational ethic evaluation decide that "people is purpose rather than a means". The main part's egoism, initiative and creativities direct and determine the whole process of evaluation activities. The whole process of evaluation activities include the choice , stipulation and application of evaluation standards. The standards of educational ethic evaluation is a complex system which includes the top standard (extreme good ) ,general standard ( good and evil) and specific standard ( practical level). The methods and technique of educational ethic evaluation includes the basic method and three applying steps. Emphasis should laid on the control of moral psychological factors and the application of fully grown evaluation thoughts.
