Because of the inequalities in social insurance and status, the problem of faculty-team-construction in the non-government colleges becomes more and more serious with its vigorous development, thus hindering its further development. Therefore, how to optimize the faculty group has attracted more people's attention. This dissertation aims at doing some researches in it.This dissertation mainly uses the non-government colleges in Chongqing municipality as researching object, and the questionnaires were also conducted here. To make the dissertation more typical , by adopting documentation , the author collects numerous relevant materials from some famous domestic non-government colleges;Tto ensure the credibility, the author conducted not only questionnaires, but also interviews.Through the study, it is found out that, at present, there exist many problems, such as obstructed access, high title and diploma along with undeveloped academic atmosphere, too many over-aged teachers and part-time teachers, lack of stability, high mental-pressure. The management of faculty in the non-government colleges should bear the main responsibility of the above-mentioned problems since people misunderstand the nongovernment colleges for enterprises and neglect the regulations and traits of the nongovernment colleges in the aspect of managing conception; The government does nothandle the relationship between the faculty of the state-owned universities and colleges and the non-government colleges properly. Some improper management of the nongovernment colleges also lies in themselves such as, to attract teachers with inappropriate means, to manage in patriarchal way, to lay more emphasis on regulations than on emotional means, to stress using more than training. As a result, the non-government colleges faculty-team is full of hardships. Furthermore, faculty in the non-government colleges are lack of self-managing ability. Finally, the author tries to put forward countermeasures in construction of the faculty in the non-government colleges from the aspect of faculty-management. It is suggested that the idea of equaling non-government colleges to enterprises must be eradicated and the premise for faculty-management lies in serving the faculty. The government should shoulder the responsibilities of regulation and guidance. The self-management should also be stressed among faculty group. What is more, colleges cannot ignore the emotional management, as it serves as catalyst for the faculty-management in non-government colleges.
