Along with the deepening of Opening up Policy and China's entry into WTO, China's foreign languages education has been developing rapidly in the new era of globalized education. Undoubtedly, introducing foreign languages teachers has contributed significantly to its development. More and more colleges and universities employ the foreign teachers today. As for the recently-founded non-government colleges and universities, which lack solid foundation, introducing foreign teachers is an efficient way to enhance their education. With the enlargement of the enrolment, the teaching faculty in the non-government institutions increase annually in which foreign teachers occupy a great important part as more foreign teachers are needed in such non-government foreign languages colleges, The features of such colleges lie in foreign teacher's lectures and strengthening of listening and speaking competence, and its aim is cultivate foreign languages professionals. Under the protection of relevant national policies and laws, the management of foreign teacher team in the non-government college has gained certain achievements. However, there are still many problems about foreign teacher team and their teaching. Then how to manage the foreign teachers has become a key problem to be solved.This thesis probes into the new way of foreign teachers'management in the non-government colleges, by survey and analysis of the status quo of foreign teachers'management of a non-government college in Jilin province, so as to enhance the construction of teaching faculty in non-government colleges and enhance their career development.This thesis takes a non-government college in Jilin province as an example and concentrates on the management issues of foreign teachers'management. Firstly, it discusses the development of the non-government college, and the problems in foreign teachers'management, and expounds the significance of studying the subject of foreign teachers'management. Secondly, it summarizes the status quo of foreign teachers'management in the non-government college, elaborating the success and failure in foreign teachers'management by completing questionnaires, interviews and statistics. Finally, based on the above analysis, this thesis presents the most prominent means and ways of managing foreign teachers.More attention has been paid to the construction of foreign teachers'management; our non-government colleges are advised to be strict with employment of foreign teachers. The college should strengthen the pre-job training of foreign teachers, build up and perfect the examination and evaluation system of foreign teachers and construct scientific and effective teaching evaluation system, so that the college can fully exert the function of foreign teachers for our foreign languages education.
