With Internet growing fast, computer hackers' aberrant behaviour is more and more rampant and has become the serious threat to network security. In order to solve this problem, many specialists and scholars have proposed some feasible measures. But, computer hackers' aberrant behaviour has such characteristics as concealment, twinkling, beyond time-space and high intelligence, and some aberrant behaviour can't be treated as crime, so it's very difficult to control it by technology and law. From sociological view, this paper tries to distinguish between crime and non-crime of hackers' aberrant behaviour and analyzes adolescent hackers' psychological characteristics and the social factors that causes such aberrant behaviour, so that we can look for more effective social control means than technology and law. Conclusion: The essential means to prevent and control hackers' aberrant behaviour is to make adolescent form a line of defence on their mind and standardize and restrain their network behaviour self-consciously by strengthening their network moral education.
