Research On The Solution And Decline Of College Moral Education Function Caused By Youth Subculture

Youth subculture is a kind of cultural state which exists among college students.Itis mainly supported by college students and demonstrates their psychologicalcharacteristics、values and minds by various means, which makes a great effect oncollege moral education and work. Therefore, researching on moral education fromthe perspective of youth subculture is the main responsibility of ideological andpolitical workers.Basing on this idea,this paper aims to research the weakeningdemonstration、 reason and strategy of college moral education function caused byyouth subculture.Firstly, this paper describes the concept、characteristics、classification of youthsubculture and college moral education function. Youth subculture is an edgingculture, which is mainly supported by college students and can be classified aspositive and negative youth subculture. College students obey special value、thinkingmode and behaviour means which are different from the main culture.College moraleducation function aims to influence college students and motive them to developfurther, which can be classified as leading function、transferring function、infusingfunction and warranting function.Youth subculture has resistive、 subversive anduniversal characteristics, which will bring chances and challenges for college moraleducation.Moreover, this paper widely discusses the phenomena and reasons of youthsubculture weakening the college moral education function by analyzing theresearching data. Under the influence of youth subculture, college students havechanged greatly, family education has gone wrong, college education has notdisplayed its function, social education has not made widely, so college educationfunction has been weakened.Finally, this paper has put forward to some ways for improving moral educationfunction by displaying the positive functionand transferring the negative function ofyouth subculture. Firstly, obeying the rule of youth development and enhancingself-education; Secondly, catching the typical characteristics of youth subculture andenhancing family education; Thirdly, making full use of youth subculture andenhancing college education; Fourthly, learning from the broadcasting means of youthsubculture and enhancing social education.
