| The recent agrotechnical revolution has influenced the development of advanced agricultural education more deeply than any former one has done, and many developed countries has paid great attention to it. In China, the study on the theory and practice of recent agrotechnical revolution and advanced agricultural education's development strategy has just started, an all-round and comprehensive research is rare, which is an urgent subject to be studied. This paper has chosen the relation between recent agrotechnical revolution and the option of advanced agricultural education's development strategy as the object of study. It mainly discusses some theoretical and practical issues on how the advanced agricultural education will develop under the background of recent agrotechnical revolution.Firstly,the paper briefly illustrates the 3 theoretical basis of the research on recent agrotechnical revolution and advanced agricultural education's development strategy,which are the basis of scientific & technological sociology,scientific & technological, philosophy,and pedagogy. Secondly, it starts with the definition of some words such as:science, technology, scientific revolution, technological revolution, and also explains the recent agrotechnical revolution, its major characters and its tendency of development. Thirdly, according to some facts in China, the author makes a deep analysis on the effect on the development of agriculture, rural economics and advanced agricultural education caused by recent agrotehnical revolution. Finally, on the basis of a brief introduction about the theory of advanced agricultural education's development strategy, this article shows the situation of China's advanced agricultural education at present, points out some existing problems, makes some analysis, puts forward China's advanced agricultural education's development strategy, guiding idea, key points, steps, measures and solutions to those problems.
