The Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Recent Agricultural University Employment Education

The employment of college students has increasingly become a currently hot social issue. It is not only vital to themselves but also related to social harmony and stable development. Agricultural colleges students who are professional have relatively less choices in getting jobs. It is not easy for them to be hired because of their profession and little demand of employment market. The research of the agricultural colleges students employment issues need more effort.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part describes the background, significance and current research of the issues, meanwhile it defines the concept of employment, employment education and career education. The second part statistically analyzes the data of questionnaire and summers up six main problems in employment education, full-time teachers, curriculum, the content, methods and process of employment education. The third part is referenced on the university student typical employment cases which are announced by The Ministry of Education 2014 and epitomizes advanced experience available to agricultural colleges students. The experience mainly contains three parts:different ways in educational guidance, Comprehensively strengthening these current education employment, focuses on employment education and careers education. The last part gives several advices in employment education:high lights the guidance of employment education in services of agriculture, gives prominence to typical education of employment and venture in agriculture, namely, Strengthening guidance targeted in agricultural employment education, opening courses of agricultural employment education for students of different levels, applying measures to ensure the employment in Agricultural Universities.
