The Researches In Innovation Of Institutions Of Higher Learning's Moral Education By Network's Development

With the information technology renewing rapidly,as a new medium of spreading information, Internet has been developed by leaps and bounds in our country.lt is more and more being a new important channel of acquiring knowledges and inforrnation, furthermore,influencing widly and deeply on college students' studies,lives and thoughts.In accordance with this new situatioiywe must heighten our consciousness of using marxism occpying universties' thoughts and cultures front,improve our knowledges of importance and urgency about" Ideological and Political Education of institutions of higher learning go into network ".On the basis of deeply studing the new trend of internet technology, we must seriously research in the law of using internet develop moral education of institutions of higher learning to strenthen actual effect of moral eduction,and try hard to innovate moral education of institutions of higher learning.It's very important and urgent that we systematically analyse the opportunity and challenge brought by internet ,deeply discuss the law of using internet develop moral education and further find form, method measure and mechanism to innovate moral education, in this situation, it has far-reaching theoritical and practical significance.This dissertation is to probe theoritically into innovation of moral education brought by network.lt is divided into four parts.Part I is a general survey of network's engendering and development in China. This part mainly introduce the process of network's engendering;survey the present situation of network's development in our country; analyse the basical function and main characteristics.Part II is to discuss about that network has been an opportunity of moral education innovation.Beginning with this point network can resolve problems existing in traditional moral education,author expound and prove the point network's using can provide a new opportunity beneficial to innovation and development of moral education.Because moral education of institutions of higher learning need to be adapted for network's development, sothere is a necessity of moral education using network.Factually,network has been a new carrier of moral education.Partlllis an analyses about the chanllenge of moral education innovation brought from network.firstly,beginning with the influences on college students" thought and morality,author systematically analyse the negative influences of network on college students" the principalaspects of world outlook outlook of life......and so on.Then author discuss the chanllengeof network from two aspects,one , the leading role ,that moral education of institutions of higher learning in college students' growing up, is shaken by network;another,network information pollute the circumstance of moral education.Part IV forwards the innovation counter measures of moral education under network circumstance.Firstly,educator should transform sense of education,and improve their qualities. Secondly,we should supervise network according to law,should strength interference and control of network information.Thirdly, we must enrich the content of moral education of institutions of higher learning, innovate content of moral education .Forthly,we must explore new channel of moral education under network circumstance,innovate and develop the form and measure of moral education of institutions of higher learning.
