The effect of exercise on the exercise on the immune system has been shown to be dependent on the level of fitness of the subjects In recent decades, people are paying more and more attention to the relation immune function . And changable relation of exercise and immune function were observed. But because of difference of exercise forms, intensity, time, experimental targets and conditions, research results were not in agreement. Strengthening to monitor athletes body ability and immune function during winter training is significant to scientificly arrange the guantity and intensity of exercise, to assure the best results of winter training and future development of the athletes. At present the research on the response to much exercise and intense training, recovery characteristics abont immune function of the same group of athletes during winter training has not been reported at homeand abroad. This paper is managing to approach these problems.In this paper I have studied the response to much exercise and intense training for once and recovery characteristice in excellent female athletes of 400 meters in ShanXi province during winter training. The experimented targets was 8 athletes. Three of them were master sportswomen, and three of them were of grade 1. Two of them were ofgrade 2. They were averagely 17.25 + 2.43 years old, Weighed 58.37 + 6.8kg, 1.71 + 0.08cm tall.The test content for twice was arranged in the tracr and field ground of the Physicle Team of ShanXi onthesport. Every time before load, just after load, 3hafter load,and 24h after load, We collected veinal blood just before elbow and observed immune cells of the athletes, immune globin, complement response and recovery characteristics before and after much exercise, intense training. Then we compared the same target change after two different exercises.In this study, We chose globin IgA, IgG,IgM and complement C3, C4. And we selected the total number of white blood cell as well as monocyte. Meanwhile we tested lactic acid value in the athletes before and after exercise, observed immune function,s response and recovery characteristics to much exercise as well as intense training. Then we came to conclusion:IgA, IgG,IgM and C3, C4 all increased in varying degrees. Among them IgA and IgM increased obviously. C4 rose more greatly. IgM was bacrward in recovering after much exercise.IgA, IgG,IgM and C3, C4 were all in rising state, and IgM rose highliest. Because of much exercise, the total number of white blood cell increased, and chief increasing was monocyte and lymphocyte. But neutral particle cell didn,t change obviously. Monocyte was rising 3h after much exercise. The total number of white blood cell, Lymphocyte. But neutray particle cell didn,t change obviously. Morocyte was rising 3h after much exercise. The total number of white blood cell, Lymphocyte.,netural particle cell and monocyte all increased after much exercise. 3h after load netural particle cell decreased back and lowered the level before load. The monocyte was going on rising. The response of the immune cell to intense training was stronger than to muchexercise and intense training were different. But all targets recovered 24h after load.
