Since the adoption of reform and open policy, especially for the joining of WTO, the economy of China has developed strongly. China is becoming the factory of the world. These cause the huge increasing of requirement to the technical workers. However, a lot of middle vocational education schools, which are the resource for technical workers, are withering instead of thriving.How do the schools deal with the competition and promote the ability of existing? The most important is to promote the ability of competition. The build and improvement of value chain is the insurance of promoting competition.The school is just a value chain which is made of enrollment ^teaching ^administration^ serve and distribution. As a special enterprise, the school faces two kinds of market. One is the job market. The special product ?student produced by the school must be satisfied with the requirement of the job market. The other is the resource market of students. Here, the product of the school is the speciality.The school must follow the requirement of employing market if it wants to survive and develop. Therefore, the analysis and the design of marketing combination are the focus of this thesis. The product is one of the basic factors of marketing combination. The quality of student is closely combined with the teaching. Teacher plays the mainly role to the teaching. Therefore, in this thesis, basing on the the Human Resources, we make a discussion to the employment, training, inspiration and examination for the teacher.In a word, as long as it always follows the requirement of market and makes a good job to the school value chain, the school must be able to promote competition and makes itself better and better. Besides, it will contribute to the economy of our country.
