| As a new and effective management mode,"service outsourcing" can help enterprises peel off noncore business,reduce cost pressure and improve core competitiveness.After more than 20 years of development,"service outsourcing" has expanded from the initial manufacturing field to personnel,logistics,after-sales and other fields.From the perspective of human resource outsourcing company A,this paper analyzes the marketing environment and marketing status of company a with PEST analysis and five forces model as the main tools.Combined with the results of questionnaire survey on the company’s customers and employees,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the marketing level of company A.Then with the help of SWOT matrix,it chooses the suitable marketing strategy for company A.Under the guidance of the new marketing strategy,this paper combs and optimizes the STP strategy of a company again,and takes 4Ps theory as the guidance,starting from the four aspects of products and services,price,channel and promotion,on the one hand,solves the current stage of company A On the one hand,the problems of "unreasonable product structure","no advantage in pricing" and "too single marketing channel" have helped company a achieve the enterprise objectives of optimizing product system,expanding customer range,expanding marketing channels,attracting more customers,clarifying charging standards,avoiding low-price competition,optimizing promotion methods and improving the company’s popularity.In addition,this paper also from the strengthening of personnel training,improve the incentive mechanism;in-depth mining customer demand,improve customer relationship management and coordination of external relations,the formation of interaction between the government and industry associations for the above three aspects of marketing strategies.I hope this paper can help A company to build a new marketing framework.At the same time,due to the universality of the questions raised in this text,I hope the ideas and methods can provide new inspiration to the service outsourcing enterprises facing the same dilemma. |
