Research And Application Of Financial Decision Support System In University

This thesis demonstrates the necessity of developing the financial decision support system in university (FDSS), which is based on surveying and analyzing the actuality of financial information system in university. Refer to a great deal of document, this thesis indicates the frame of FDSS on the whole. Then this thesis thoroughly discusses the solution of model components. In FDSS, numerous models are stored in model base and managed by model base management system (MBMS). In MBMS, connecting models is the important technique. This chapter also introduces the theory of several models in budgeteering, and the reason of regarding these models as basic models. The user creates the new solution of budgeteering by connecting these basic models. Thereby, the flexibility of FDSS and the adjustability to decision problems can be greatly improved.The 4th chapter of this thesis mainly discusses the solution of data components on two sides: extracting external data and managing internal data. The system uses the recent popular technique of data warehouse to integrate the fragmentary data that exists in different structure and dissolves the problem about rich data information poor. The 5th chapter of this thesis introduces the development of the whole system, mainly discusses the budgeteering and the realization of the authority management in network query system.
