| As a new information technology, Decision Support System can provide manydecision-making information and solvents to many problems. Therefore, withreleasing from the information transacting and analyzing in lower level, the managercan focus on the work depending on wisdom and experience, making higher qualityand more efficiently.With the increasing and flowing of teachers, the manager can't evaluate theteacher group only with experience and intuition any more. Some key measure isneeded.Base on the status quo, this paper analyses the problems in management ofteacher resource and put forward advice and measure to strengthen management. Asan example of application of DSS in the performance management of TianjinUniversity is given, and the mathematics models of prediction, program and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation of teacher is putting forward, and the construction ofsystem is designed. |
