online-course is the key factor to guarantee the quality of the online-education. Its amount arises along with the rapid development of the online-education and more and more people began to realize the importance of the evaluation of the online-course, which can be proved by the present heated discussion on the evaluation of the online course. In recent years, many scholars have probed into the study of the evaluation of the online-course, published a large amount of concerned papers and have formulated a series of measuring table, gauge, evaluating indicator system, which lay a solid and sound foundation of this research.Based on the detailed depiction concerned notion (evaluation, educational evaluation, curriculum, online-course, web-based instruction and online-courseware), this thesis puts forward the concept of online-course, the significance of evaluation, the principles and methods of evaluation; integrated with the last research results at home and abroad, brings forward the mode of online-course education, and advances my own evaluating indicator system for online-course at the same time.In the process of this research, the author tries his best to collect the correlative materials in may ways, which include web-based instruction evaluation, information resources evaluation, courseware evaluation and so on. The writer accumulates 200 interrelated papers, several tens evaluating indicator system, measuring table. Based on instructional survey in small scales, specialists consult and group discussion, the author seriously analyzes the evaluating objective which touches on diversified factors , sum up 621 indicators or standards and put them in order without omission, then sit through and refine these indicators or standards, at last sum up 211 indicators by comprehensive analysis process which gets rid of nonessential, repeated and trifling indicators, incorporates with identical indicators, adjusts contradictory indicators and other indicators which takes on cause and effect. According to their concept and description, the author classifies them into 6 first classindicators(scientific-quality, instructional-quality, usability, technological-quality, artistic-quality, normative-quality), 32 seconded class indicators through comprehensive method and analysis method, compute weigh-coefficient by statistical approach and AHP, and then apply continuity test to prove rationality of the weigh-coefficient. The writer defines evaluating standards and divides normative grade. In order to make the evaluating indicator system be able to evaluate online-course more justly and objectively, the author introduces subject-degree form ambiguous math, Improve Validity and reliability. Finally, the author completes this evaluating indicator system by advanced research and analysis to refine and sift indicator.The main contribution of this research lies in constructing online-course evaluating indicator system, especially computes weigh-coefficient. The evaluating indicator system is rare in our country.The research has some directive action for online-course evaluation > web-based course design and development. The descriptions of concerned concepts in this thesis, especially the depiction of online-course evaluation essential connotation, clarifies' some ambiguous and mistake cognition in academic circles. The mode of online-course evaluation advanced in this paper provides theory foundation and concrete process-step for evaluating online-course. The indicator system' s evaluating object is online-courses, which are in development or formal products.
