It reality individuation study inspire the learner's creativity , it can be said,E-learning will be a consequence in one's subsequence and whole life education.At this paper ,we discuss the theory of network education and the key technology of making web courseware.We use two web courseware: review of dynamics and the training system of Modern weather prediction as example and dicuss how to build a software of making web courseware ,the flow of making a web courseware and the main technology like Java Applet,VR,Flash.etc.At last we discuss how to use PHP and MySQL to develop forum,search engine, exercise database and the online test system.
