The Research On Education Technology Quality Cultivation Of Our Country's Teachers

Education technology is the point with strategic significance in contemporary education. And it's also the propeller of educational reformation and informationization in the 21st.As we know, that teachers have good education technology quality is the important guarantee to bring its impetus into play So, how to improve and strengthen the cultivation of leathers' education technology quality is the important category of present educational technology research.However, our investigation and analysis show these: At present, our country studies less about the question of teacher's education technology quality, and the grasp and cultivation state of teacher's education technology quality allows of no optimist. In case of these, if we take a systemic study and expatiation on it, this not only will be supplements on its research field, but also can contribute to the cultivation and grasp of teacher's education technology quality.So, this paper not merely systematically expatiate the content and structure of the education technology quality, and comprehensively analyzed the current situation of teacher's education technology quality and the existing problem on its cultivation in our country. We also did proposed and probed into to cultivation of teachers' education technology quality combined the actual conditions at present.
