With the coming of the information age, multimedia-network-based education which depends on the technology of network information has become the key point of further education reform. During the presentcurriculum innovation in China, research-oriented study is becoming the required course for senior students because it plays an important role in developing students' creativity and ability of practice. The research-oriented study, a new learning method, can only be spread around the country after becoming integrated curriculum and then reform the traditional teaching mode. In this research, I advise the students to carry out the research learning on chemistry based on the network. They practice using the way of Action Research. It is hoped that a new teaching mode can be found integrating the network information, research-oriented study and classroom teaching. The paper includes 5 sections.Section 1. Summarize, brief introduction to the research, research actuality, the contents and method of research, the significance of the research.Section 2. The concept , idea and method of the research-oriented study, which is a new way of learning.Section 3. The function of network in the research-oriented study and several models based on the network.Section 4. The procedure of experimental research. Introduce in detail several cases of research on chemistry course, including teaching procedure and results.Sections. Conclusion and discussion. According to the research, a new model has been put forward based on constructivism, using new instructional design and network information. It is therefore possible to integrate the modern information technology with chemistry teaching and then stimulate the students' interest and activity.
