Quality education aims at developing intellectual abilities,the crux of which lies in the portray of good cognition structures of the Subjects. Viewing from cognition ,the basic task of mathematics teaching is to promot students to rerich renew and improve their mathematics cognition structures so that they can form as good mathematics cognition structures as possible in each mathematics exercise .Mathematics cognition structures are regular internally all-round structures formed by students' knowledge,idea and experience according to the depth and width of their understanding in the light of their sense,feeling,memory,thought,imagination,etc,one formed both by mathematics knowledge structure and psychological structure of students. Class mathematics teaching of middle school should make efforts to help students form cognition structures.Mathematics cognition structures and knowledge structures are different but connected somehow.They differ in the ways of expressing and forming information and completeness of knowledge.They are linked in the point that the content and orgnization of their ideas are formed in students' brains by intergrating mathematics knowledge structures and then mathematics cognition structures come into being.Intergrating is a process in which mathematics knowledge structures turn into cognition structures through such cognition activities as sensation,perception,thought and so on in the basic forms of assimilation and conformimg.It is necessary to optimize and perfect mathematics structures in mid-school mathematics teaching. Viewing from general process , mathematics study is a process in which new learning contents and original mathematics structures act on each other and a new structure is then formed.Viewing from meaningful study theory,any knowledge that students have learned is not fragmentary or isolated but constitute knowledge structures and build mutual relations between knowledges;viewing frominformation-processing theory ,we can improve our memorizing ability of working,if we can organize necessary information into "group lump"reasonably and effectively in the form of "structure" and concentrate more information into a new "group lump".Perfecting cognitiopn structures is an effective way in which our thinking can be suited to huge and long-term memorizing;viewing from the theory of establshment ,mathematics study means that subjects are forming a net-frame between new knowledge and all other factors so as to obtain new knowledge.Equitable class teaching structures are means and media by which to form good mathematics cognition structures.Thus,class teaching should follow such principles as Situational Questions,Form-varying Practice,Summing-up and Sorting-up,Feedback and Revising and the one students involved in finding knowledge.Extensive and rational class teaching structures are the base of establishing perfect mathematics cognition structures.The key knowledge includes basic concepts,theorems and mathematics ideas leading ,mtergrating and choosing other knowledge.So,we should stress in the first place the teaching of key knowledge and establish all-round mathematics knowledge structures so that we can form good tentative framework of mathematics cognition structures.In teaching concepts,we should pay attention to extensive structures,make full use of concept diagrams and lead students to form meaningful concept net structures.Meanwhile,we should also set suitable situations to bring in new concepts.In teaching theorems,we should form in students' brains stable clear distinguishable fixed points of mathematics concepts;we should lead students to find mathematics theorems in question situations;we should teach students the most basic logical knowledge and make students have an idea of relations between theorems.In teaching methods of thinking,we should make some research about mathematics methods of thinking by gradually permeating,repeatedly breeding and systematically forming and so on.Knowledge in good mathematics cognition structures is de...
