The concept teaching in primary mathematics is the basic course type in primary school mathematics teaching. In the actual teaching process, it needs pupils to experience the formation process of concept, not only because of their immature thinking for the smaller age but also because of highly abstract generalizations of the mathematical concepts for they itself is the wisdom of vast life practice by continuous induction, generalization and abstraction. Further more, rich educational value contained in the math concepts forming process can help pupils form the enrich connotation of concept knowledge, gain the development of ability and so on. Pupils can not only form the enrich connotation of concept knowledge, they'll get ability development. Therefore, this study focuses on the primary mathematics concept teaching, starts from the problems reflection, Explores the education value and process design of the primary mathematics concept teaching.The first part of the thesis explores the primary mathematics concept teaching's problems existing in the teaching and its causes. It points out the those problems based on the analysis of the classroom teaching practice.And then the main causes of the problems can be summarized as some teachers'teaching orientation bias, inadequate understanding of primary mathematics concept and the alienation understanding of elementary math concepts forming process. Through analyzing problems and reasons, we can explore the hidden fundamental problem of the primary mathematics concept teaching is the lack and insufficient of educational valueThe second part of the paper studies the development of the education value. This section will try to find the solving methods based on the problem of the first part, the paper firstly analyzes the objective factors of the educational value development. That is to understand the conceptual knowledge internal logical structure and explore the development process of conceptual knowledge creation. Then along the path of development to the specific primary mathematics content teaching, this paper expounds its two aspects of educational value.Undertake the development of education value in the second part, this paper in the third part is about how to realize the educational value in the specific teaching. This part expound its transformation and realize process of educational value, namely, the process of the concrete structure design through taking the shape concept teaching in primary mathematics concept teaching for typical cases.. Specifically, it includes the general principles and the overall process structures of transformation and realization process of shape concept teaching'educational value, and specific interpretation of two typical cases on this basis.
