Research On The Causes And Counter-measures About The Contradictions Of Education Supply And Demand In Daily China

Problems of education supply and demand are the realistic problems that come into being with the development of the market economy. Since our countries reform and open, with the rapid development of economy and the establishment and improvement of the market system, education of our country develops by leaps and bounds, but meanwhile many new problems arise. In a sense, these new problems are closely related to education supply and demand, therefore, using economic theory of supply and demand to analyze the problems of education supply and demand and bring to light the objective laws governing the education development have important theoretic and realistic significance. On the basis of the predecessors' research, the author tries to use the economic theory of supply and demand to analyze the causes of education contradiction of supply and demand in our country, and then give counter-measures to resolve these problems.There are four parts in this thesis.The first part: supply and demand of education and the emergence of the education contradictions of supply and demand. Based on the supply and demand theory of economics, this part gives the conception of education supply and education demand, and point out that education supply and education demand influences each other, acts on each other and unifies dialectically. Besides, the author analyses the factors that affect education supply and supply, and then states the establishment and common forms of education contradictions of supply and demand.The second part: concrete analysis on education contradictions of supply and demand on this stage of our country. Particularly speaking, this part analyses the concrete expression of education contradictions of supply and demand about the compulsory education, past-secondary education and the higher education, and thenthe thesis points out that in the compulsory education stage contradictions not only emerge between areas, schools, stratums, but also between city and countryside; in the past-secondary education stage, problems occur in two aspects, on one hand, the supply of common high school education cannot meet the demand, on the other hand, the supply of secondary vocational education surpass the demand; in the higher education stage, supply of key university education can not meet the demand of people ,while at the same time ,supply of higher vocational and technology education surpass the demand of people .The third part: analysis on the causes of the contradictions of education supply and demand in daily china. Obviously, causes of contradictions of education supply and demand lie in many aspects, there are not only common causes but also particular causes. This part analyses the education contradictions of supply and demand of compulsory education, high school stage education and higher education particularly and respectively.The forth part: analysis on the counter-measures to mitigate the education contradiction of supply and demand of our country. Firstly, based on the conception of education balance of supply and demand, the author points out that education supply and demand always develops from unbalance to adjust, then to balance, to unbalance, then adjust again. At last, according to the analysis on the causes of the contradiction lie in the compulsory education, past-secondary education and the higher education, the feasible counter-measures of the contradictions are found out.
