Economy Developeds Area Secondary Occupation Education Supply And Demand Contradiction And The Countermeasure Research

Vocational education is of great significance for promoting regional economic and social development, maintaining social stability and achieving full employment. Although in recent years, the employment rate of Zhangjiagang vocational school maintaining high stability, the relationship of supply and demand appears a certain imbalance in the graduates of vocational school and local economic development, which proposes new topic on vocational education.This article takes the Jiangsu province Zhangjiagang city medium vocational school as sample to analyze and discuss the external factors and internal contradictions that affcets medium vocational education supply and demand equilibrium by ues of Zhangjiagang vocational education development course, current situation, comprehensive use of literature study, investigation, interview and other methods. On the basis, the contradiction between supply and demand will be briefly summarized as three unbalance:quantity unbalance, quality unbalance, structure unbalance. As a service to local economic development, professional training talents of applied technology, medium vocational education is necessary and urgent to provide demand response for high speed development of develop region economy.With the analysis of root causes of the problem, the article discusses the reason of quantity unbalance, quality unbalance and structure unbalance from three aspects. First, society and parents understanding of vocational education has not completely changed. It effects the vocational school students, and eventually leads to the quantity unbalance. Second, the teaching center of gravity is biased and the quality of faculty is shortage. It leads to the quality unbalance. Third, the unreasonable setting of specialized subjects and lagging professional constructions lead to structure unbalance.At the end of the article, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem by combined with the analysis. By strengthening the propaganda and guidance, creating a good atmosphere and playing advantage of developed area of external recruitment channels to expand enrollment to deal with the quantity unbalance. By strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, improving teaching level and strengthening the team of "Double Teachers" construction to deal with the quality unbalance.
