And as one important component of modern education, education on history the old person literature modernization of department become the focus that education circle is paying close attention to .As to the thing that how move towards modernization present education on history, I think realize historical teacher modernization of quality to realize education on history move towards modernized prerequisite and key. Originally in the article, I combine the modern education theory and teach and practise in person, On the basis of analysing teacher's quality intension and epitaxy, combine the characteristic of the historical discipline oneself, Have put forward the content of three modernized respects of historical teacher's quality: Historical modernization, historical teacher modernization, historical teacher ability modernization of structure of knowledge structure of image, role of teacher,. According to present historical quality current situation of teacher, make historical teacher realize quality modernized feasible way: Macroscopical respect, strengthen the input, enhancement attention and education of the enhancement normal colleges and schools of education on history of the whole society of the country; China's view, strengthen the continuing education and school of the historical teacher and is originally trained; Micro respect, strengthen a historical teacher's own development and improve, encourage the teacher's self-study and reviewing teaching behavior.
