In modern teachers' qualities construction, the professional quality is the core. The teachers' professional qualities are based on professional knowledge. Knowledge is another character of Chinese subject. The character demands Chinese teachers for higher and belter professional knowledge qualities. The young and middle-aged teachers make up more than 90% of the Chinese teachers in junior middle schools of Ganzhou District, Zhangye City. The research has been done in order to evaluate the teachers' professional knowledge, and provides the scientific and valid strategies and suggestions for the young and middle-aged Chinese teachers in junior middle schools of Ganzhou District, Zhangye City.The main problems in the professional quality of the young and middle-aged Chinese teachers in junior middle schools of Ganzhou District, Zhangye City: The Chinese teachers fail to lay stress on professional study; the Chinese teachers are weak in teaching methodology; the teachers lack basic teaching skill; the teachers are short of modern educational technology.The training strategies for young and middle-aged Chinese teachers in junior middle schools of Ganzhou District, Zhangye City: Normal universities and colleges' training strategies for the future Chinese teachers in junior middle schools; training strategies for in-service Chinese teachers in junior middle schools; training strategies for the young and middle-aged Chinese teachers themselves in junior middle schools.The object of study in the research is the Chinese teachers under 45 in the thirty-seven middle schools of Ganzhou District, Zhangye City. The approaches used in the research are as follows: enquiring, testing and analyzing of theories, which are supplemented with interview, investigation into individuals, observation on individuals, consulting reference books and so on.
