The century is facing economic globalization , political multipolarity, culture pluralism, the swift and violent development of science and technology, integrating of education of science and technology and the internationalization of floating of professionals, constant perfection of socialist market economy, well-to-do society overall construction and development to wait a moment for the new situation. These international and domestic situations have put forward the new demand to the development of university student's morals personality in the new century and the new need for university students to possess and adapt to the morals personality of their development urgently.
