Since human society entered 21st century , knowledge economy have displayed its nikling for the first time.and international competion have becomed more and more fury ,technology and technology education have becomed more and more important in talent cultivation and society development. For the sake of cultivating the innovated talent with high quality , each country have quickened the reformation of elementary education .According to the courrent actuality of our education , the outlet of education developoment is to reform the nmode of traditional "education of dealing with exam " , and boost roundly the quality education that regards exploring students' potential .cultivating students' initiative study, science exploration and the ability of creation , speeding students' all-sided development as its core . physics is based on experiment ,so, that students participates in teaching actively is the precondition of studying good physics ,and is the key of quality education . The glory mission of the comtemporary teachers is to reform the physics teaching actulity of maladjustiong quality ,and study and extend energetically principal teching , improve roundly students' science quality .cultivate the new generation talent with high quality.Firstly , through questionnaire survey and interview , this text reviewes the high school and middle normal school of Zhumadian and discovers the abuse of the mass of physics teachers : due to the chain of old education idea ,the influence of "the education of dealing with exam" and the pressure of pursuing unilaterally the rate of entering a higher school , many teachers attaches importance to "teaching " not "studying " , takes knowledge infuse as its center , regardes knowledege's reapearing ability as the late goal. As a reasult, it is difficult to exert students' subjective affection . They ginored and excluded severitily students' principal spirit, but students' attitude and need to physics teaching tells us that it is very important to practise . The second chapter expatiates constructivism's studying theory , the view about teaching and the understand about teachers'status and effect .and discusses that it is feasible and necessary in physicsteaching ,and what is important ,it accordes with students' cognitive rule and age characteristic .the third chapter sums up a few cultivation policy . finally , this text brings forward teaching reformation expriment of cultivating students' principal quality in physics , and dwells on and dissects a whole teaching reformation expriment.
