The position "the special feature of the school" is widely being concerned by either foreign or national education practices and theories. Besides, forming and pursuing the special feature of the school has been to the trend of the development of the modern world. Under such circumstances, Changjun school, with its more than 100 years of accumulating and researching, has got a better inheritance and development of simplicity and determination, which are its core spirit of education cultivation, has carried out the update education policies and principles creatively and has formed its own special feature eventually. After summaring the essence of Changjun, debating and discussing the feature of Changjun deeply, the thesis stated and argued the administrativefeatureof Changjun, the currilar feature of Changjun, the scientific and researchful feature of Changjun, the feature of student's training program and the two vital elements of the special feature of the school that they are teacher and headmaster, in order that it can cause to take a serious thought on how to bring the advantages of foundational education of our province into a full play, how to invent the new look of educational reformation, how to extend the quality oriented education from every aspect, and how to educate the creative and original human resources to meet the needs of our society.
