Content:Children's Painting education is more and more generally known and emphasized as a efficient channel to develop children's early intelligence and train children's imagination and creativity. However, with the input increasing, children's painting education appears slowly some bad tendency. Some teachers and parents go astray. They get into painting educational mistake area. For example, the over emphasis on technique and skill practice; judging children's painting form adult's view; the instant benefit tendency of children education in some parents' mind; and some disadvantageous social influence on children's painting education; etc. So, these educational mistake areas is harmful to developing children's arts education, and go against the real willing of children's arts education.Children's painting education is not to bring up a child as a painter. That is to say, it is not the main duty to cultivate the children's painting skills. If we follow the traditional teaching experience and method, and meddle with children's art creativity by imposing adult's ideas on them, children's talent is bound to be limited by the over emphasis on painting skill and their originality would be skilled. The more important duty is to encourage the children to carry out positive interior activities, enlarge and deepen their feeling and impression upon the beautiful things, promote and improve their cognition level, train their abilities and feeling of aesthetic appreciation, mould their ideology, enrich their moral civilization. So, the final goal is to strengthen the children's personality and develop them in an all-round way. Therefore, in the process of conduction. First we have to learn the children's psychology feature and physiology feature, then follow the feature to conduct correctly children's painting. Teachers should fully respect and protect children's innocent nature and their art creativity. Full freedom should also be given to their art activity, so that they can paint anything they are interested in or they like, such as their own world and their own life. Only by thisway, a strong foundation can possibly be built to cultivate and developer children's creativity. In the meantime, we also have to evaluate reasonably children's painting. Children's painting has its own feature, because there is no absolute standard to evaluate it at all, which is very different from works of other subjects. Evaluation should attach importance to their creation process such as painting enthusiasm, interest and effort degree. If we do it well, it's very helpful to develop the children's painting. Otherwise, we will perhaps hit and dampen their painting enthusiasm.
