Listening attentively is a process that teachers and children interact. Listening attentively means that teachers work and sort out the date and analyze what children said after teachers listen and feedback answers to children in a proper way. Listening attentively is a process that teachers and children dialogue and communicate. Education starts from listening attentively. Education is a process that teachers and children think and realize to accomplish the spiritual meeting and communication promote mutual understanding and approval through speaking and listening to stress the main human value and develop the virtue of mankind.The thesis bases on the observation of four teachers and fifty-eight children, combining relevant documents materials and theoretical researches, deeply and carefully interprets the profound implication of children teachers' listening attentively. On this base, the researcher analyses seriously the value and distinguishing feature of children teachers' listening and puts forward proposals for children teachers.This thesis consists of four parts:Part one: This part summarizes the research on the subject of listening before and analyzes the problem such as false listening, wrong listening, and choosing listening that the teachers have in the process of listening in the educational activities in the kindergarten and elaborate the way that researcher has on this subject.Part two: This part deeply and carefully interprets the profound implication of children teachers' listening attentively. On this base, the researcher analyzes seriously the value and thinks that listening attentively can promote the teachers to understand completely the children and give them a proper education, help teachers and children realize their main bodies value, promote the teachers' specialized training.Part three: This part discusses the distinguishing feature of the children teachers' listening from three aspects and thinks that listening attentively has education, understanding, feedback, initiative, open-ended feature.Part four: The researcher puts forward proposals for teachers becoming sincerely listeners including building intersubjectivity in the education process, building the harmony relationship between teachers and children, knowing well listening skill, building listening common organization.
