Over twenty years since the research on our country academic degree and graduate education was carried out in 1981 , much research has been brought into higher education ,so the research itself lacks the relative independence sense; At the same time ,the theory circles of graduate education either pay much attention to the concrete problems of graduate education, or fall over themselves for constructing the graduate education ideology system. In order to overcome these problems and try to cut a new path up the ideology system ,the author chooses the category of graduate education and do special research.Based on the reflection on the present graduate education ideology , the author demonstrates the foundation on which the fundamental category of graduate education ideology was established , endows with the fundamental connotation of graduate education ideology ,which includes seven fundamental categories :talent view,quality concept, value ,development view,pattern view,administrative concept ,estimation and so on. During the demonstration ,the author displays and forecasts the logical necessity of graduate education 's history development, then probes into what may arise and have arisen during the sustained development at the philosophical layer, and hence unfold further the intrinsic logical relation of education ideology category. On the basis of these , the author makes a research into the category methodology sense of graduate education ideology , and tries to make a deep study of particular heated and troublesome subjects of the present graduate education .
