Research On Administration Of China Football Association Super League

The China Football Association Super League (CSL) opened on May 15,2004 in Tianjin ,which is a new beginning of epoch in top China Football League. During 10 years' China Football League A, there are some matters exposed, such as "false match " ,"evil whistle" , "match gambling "and so on ,which cause the top officer to pay attention to ,and with which numerous fans are disgusted .These matters would be harmful to socialist cultural and ideological progress and are opposite against the public's need on material culture. Therefore, it is necessary to make a further research in administration on CSL at the beginning of this league, which is also the aim of this thesis.Basing on the system analysis on gross system ----Chinese football and the subsystem ---CSL , qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to evaluate the entering mechanism to CSL and managing efficiency of clubs ,and suggesting to set managing efficiency of clubs as a standard to enter CSL; Studying the phenomenon of "Government Runaway "in CSL administration mechanism, absorbing the experience of football developed countries ,coupling the China football reality ,the theory of setting a real profession league is formed; Basing on the asset evaluation of the clubs, confirming that the withdrawing of national capital and the entering of civil and foreign capital are the only way to progress well ,and making an initial analysis on CSL's going on capital market.Basing on the above analysis, the conclusion is that CSL is supposed to make slow progress at present.
