We can analyse the whole process of some educational revolution during bypast several years, and form the common view that teacher as a core fact is playing a much more important role. The reform of new curriculum is being executed in based-education of our country, the reform refers to these objectives that changing students'learning style into exploring learning style, cultivating students'ability of exploring science and so on.In order to make these objectives become reality.it is necessary to depend on improving of teachers' quality, changing of teachers'educational conception, recreation of teacher educational model.The reform of new curriculum will surely result in the changes of teaching and learning style, and changes of teachers' teaching style must precede that students'learning style, students come into being exploring learning style and improve exploring ability, under the condition of teachers have the ability of exploring science, using method of researching science and developing creationary teaching activity, the challenge that the high teacher education is facing is that it should cultivate teachers with the ideal of exploring science. How to cultivate the to-be teachers with the ideal of exploring science in high teacher education? There are some ways as to:the to-be teachers should understand the meaning of exploring science ,and improve ability through the generic process of researching science, including so much ability: finding and presenting problems supposing and hypothesis, setting plan, collecting evidence, explaining and drawing a conclusion, reflecting and assessing, the to-be teachers should obtain abundant science literacy which is a comprehensive conception, science literacy is composed of science knowledge and skills, scientific methods and process, scientific attitude, emotion and axiology. In classroom of high teacher education make to-be teachers have therecept and experience of exploring teaching style, understand its meaning and character. Exploring teaching presents the mode which belongs to abstract theory lay and the model which belongs to practice lay.high teacher education must reform the curriculum setting which is not adapted to based-education curriculum reform, construct new curriculum to adapt to cultivate the teachers with the ideal of exploring science, supposing to set researching curriculum and all kinds of educational curriculum in high teacher education. Seeing from internatinal view, we should research cultivation system of science teacher in developed country, and learn its advantage. Based on the advantage in developed country, we construct new cultivation system of science teachers in our practice.
